Here at RTE, we are all about giving back.
Our goal is to give back to the community that is the heart and soul of our business.
So, how can we help make sure our customers have the best experience possible when it comes to buying and selling their services?
We decided to ask some of our colleagues at Facebook and Twitter to answer our burning questions on the future of digital media in Ireland.
And, with the help of some of the best minds in the business, we’ve compiled the answers for you.
It’s the answers to our burning question: when does the contract end?
In short, we want our digital media services to be free.
We are working hard to deliver on that goal, but we know that some things can’t be done overnight.
As we move towards the future, it’s important that our customers can take full advantage of our services.
That’s why we have launched a new series of digital subscriptions in 2017 that will help customers get started with their digital media business.
The Digital Subscription In 2018, we will be introducing a new subscription plan for digital media.
This new subscription option will offer you a range of products, services and services bundles, all of which will offer the same quality and value to our customers.
This is an exciting time for us and we are excited to introduce this new service to our readers.
You can check out the details of this new plan here.
What are the new digital subscriptions?
We have been working hard on new subscription plans for the digital media industry.
This has included the introduction of a new digital subscription option, which will give our customers access to a range or offerings of digital content.
The new digital plan will be available from the 1st of March 2018, while the old plan will remain at the current price of €10.99 per month.
We will be launching a new offer in the first quarter of 2019.
You will be able to opt into a new bundle of digital services, including the ability to buy all the digital content in one package and all the media in the package, as well as add additional digital content and services.
You’ll be able also to add additional media from our partners, like Facebook and YouTube.
What happens if you buy the Digital Subscriptions?
The new subscription will be priced at €10 per month for all new customers.
We know that the Digital subscription will offer some very exciting new services for our customers, so it’s really important that we can continue to deliver value to them.
This means that, once the new subscription is launched, it will remain free of charge for all existing customers.
So for you and your existing customers, we encourage you to subscribe to this new digital service.
For you new customers, you will continue to be able subscribe for €10 and the bundle of new services will remain valid for the remainder of your subscription term.
However, if you decide to cancel your existing digital subscription, you’ll be automatically refunded the €10 price tag.
How will I know if my new digital purchase is a new offering?
You will receive an email from us with a link to your existing subscription.
If you don’t receive an invoice by this stage, you can always check to make sure that your existing Digital Subscriber’s package is eligible for the new package.
So to recap, you have two options to subscribe: new digital and old digital.
The old digital package will continue for the rest of your current subscription term, while new digital will continue until your new subscription term ends.
